Active military personnel Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard, Reservists serving on Active Duty, members of the Delayed Entry/Enlistment Program (DEP) and Veterans/Retirees within 180 days of separation or retirement, who are residents of the United States.

To qualify, you must be:
a) active military, military reserve, or military veteran
b) retired with minimum 20 years of service
c) honorable discharge veterans within 6 months of discharge

Required for eligibility:
- Military ID for active military personnel
- DD214 form for military personnel within 6 months of discharge date
- 1099R / Retirement Account if 20 years retired.
