VEHICLE PICKUP FAQ

 

- How is vehicle pickup different from the normal purchasing experience?

You will still interact with an Customer Service Representative but you will be hosted from a distance of at least six feet during your appointment. All activities and interactions will take place outside of the store with social distancing practices in use.

- What happens when I arrive at the dealership?

When you arrive, simply park in spot next to the vehicle you are coming to test drive, and call or text us to let us know you are here. We will come out to greet you will maintaining minimal distance and provide you with the keys to your solo test drive. If you decide to buy, we will bring you all necessary paperwork to complete from inside your new ride.

- What if I am trading in my current vehicle?

We will have already given you a trade estimate prior to your appointment, so during your test drive, we will do a proper inspection to confirm our estimate based on the information we received and any reconditioning we might find.

- What if I have my own financing?

Prior to your arrival during the scheduling of your appointment, we will have confirmed financing options with you and if you are providing your own financing you will need to present your voucher/proof of financing elsewhere, or another form of payment.

 

HOME DELIVERY FAQ

 

- What is Home Delivery and how does it work?

Delivery is a great option if you prefer to do you car shopping without ever having to leave your home. Begin the process by shopping for the vehicle online, confirming the availability, and securing financing prior to delivery. Home Delivery customers are not obligated to purchase the vehicle but must be fully qualified prior to scheduling of the delivery. Once the customer confirms they want to purchase the vehicle post test drive, we can complete the purchase on the spot in as little as 20 minutes. Our specialist are waiting to walk you through the process and steps to prepare.

- How many vehicles can I test drive from home at once?

Due to delivery logistics, we can only bring one car to test drive from home at a time and is only available within 25 miles of our dealership, ($10,000 List price minimum)

- What if I am trading in my current vehicle?

Prior to arrival, we will have already done an online appraisal of your vehicle. While on your test drive, we will do a final inspection to confirm our estimate and reconditioning needed.

- What if I have my own financing?

During the scheduling of your appointment, we will have confirmed financing options with you and if you are providing your own financing you will need to present your voucher/proof of financing elsewhere, or another form of payment.
