Cheers to the team at Mayport Autoline! Friendly, efficient, upfront, and service oriented. They took great care of me and I love my new Forester at a great price! The showroom is actually a pleasant place to rest for a bit. Loved the plants, vintage trucks and Jax beach view playing on the big screen. The whole experience was refreshingly different from big dealerships. No pressure on sales, for any add ons, and no attempts to push a high interest loan. Super speedy, yet knowledgeable, on all of the paperwork parts. I had a couple of hiccups with a fine on my plate and Jeremy immediately presented me with options. David helped me figure out some of the tech, Jaden kept me hydrated and the finance guy John was friendly. That’s typically where they strong arm you. Lol. He is frequently up front and even stayed after hours to allow my family and I to take the first test drive. Thanks Autoline Mayport!... More
Shopped for a truck for a few months. I kept leaving other dealerships over and over again frustrated with their processes and the absurd price gouging when the time came to sit down and review the numbers. Then I came across an ad for a truck (that I eventually purchased from Autoline) on Cargurus. It was not my first choice of make/model or color but I called and asked for their out the door price. They explained to me that they do not include additional fees on top of the advertised price asi... More
Very satisfied with my visit to Autoline yesterday. David did a great job at making the process straight forward and answering any question I had. These guys are doing it right, will be recommending them in the future!
My car was totaled recently and I was dreading the process of getting another one. Autoline made the process seamless from beginning to end. I am really glad that I found this family run business during my car search. I will be sure to recommend Autoline to all of my friends in the future. All of the team members were very kind and very professional. I would highly recommend them.
I highly recommend Auto Line for their honest, respectful, knowledgeable sales staff and even the finance officer John was a pleasure to work with. :) They provide CarFax on their vehicles so you have the history. I saw that my Hyundai Sonata had received minor damage in the past. When I asked they provided a list of everything they had addressed in their 120-point inspection.
Jeremy Lane was my amazing salesperson. I asked him to ride with me on the test drive and he was so NOT pushy - it was... More

We knew exactly which vehicle we wanted, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Before our visit, Nick requested my driver’s license and insurance card and even sent us the financing application link in advance. When we arrived, the vehicle was already parked out front and ready for a test drive.
Jeremy made the payment process incredibly smooth as well. Both Nick and Jeremy were courteous, professional, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the process. No mor... More
