The whole experience was refreshingly different from big dealerships. No pressure on sales, for any add ons, and no attempts to push a high interest loan. Super speedy, yet knowledgeable, on all of the paperwork parts. I had a couple of hiccups with a fine on my plate and Jeremy immediately presented me with options.
